Dimatix Approved and Certified Inks
In collaboration with its Ink Partners, Dimatix has implemented an Approval and Certification process for the ink jet inks suitable for Spectra's printheads.
Approved inks are those inks provided by Approved Ink Partners that have met minimum threshold requirements as defined by Dimatix to verify that the ink should not damage Spectra printheads if the customer operates the head in the prescribed manner. Approval is for an ink and printhead combination working together and provides an advanced starting point for customers.
Certified inks are those inks provided by Approved Ink Partners that have met the full suite of requirements as defined by Dimatix. This includes all tests to demonstrate Approved status, with the addition of jetting reliability, scale-up manufacturability, significant field experience and documentation to provide customer guidance.
