Dimatix's Technical Support Group is staffed with highly trained engineers with many years of piezo ink jet experience and considerable knowledge of printing systems design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Within Dimatix, Technical Support is in close touch with Operations and with Development and Engineering, and is always ready to explain the operation of our products and to assist customers in selecting the best ones for their use. In addition to maintaining and developing a library of technical support literature, the Group also conducts extensive training programs designed to increase our customers' knowledge and understanding of Dimatix's ink jet technology. We are committed to getting customers' products to market as quickly as possible and keeping them there.
